He has legally performed weddings in Delaware (he is registered with Sussex County), the District of Columbia (where he is a registered clergy), Maryland (at sites all over the state including the flag court at Camden Yards) and Pennsylvania.

Frank has produced and directed Nationally broadcast television shows and productions, is a working union actor and a member of SAG/AFTRA, has self produced 2 albums thru his own production and BMI publishing companies (see the front and back covers to left - copies still available), and he continues to work his regular day job which he cannot discuss here for compliance reasons (feel free to ask him, though?). He is also a nationally certified USA-Swimming and NCAA certified Swim Official having been a Meet Referee for many years! It all keeps him very busy!
