For 2026, it is the Infamous "Breakfast With Elvis" every 3rd Sunday May thru August on Sunday mornings at 11:30am, starting the weekend before Memorial Day on May 17th, Father's Day June 21th, McIntyre's Pub weekend in Dewey on July 19th , and August 16th for the start of Cougarfest and the start of Elvis Week in Memphis (plus we will celebrate a few birthdays)! Oh, and don't forget the Chamber of Commerce March Happy Hour Event on March 12th, with me at 6:15pm.

THE TRADITION CONTINUES! After 25 years of "Breakfast with Elvis" every Sunday for the past 25 years (17 years in a row without missing a Sunday at the Starboard!) Covid brought the streak to an end - BUT it continues monthly from May to August plus Starboard Opening Night in March. Yes, it has had to "evolve" over the years (maybe a few less shots of G.M. and a little less craziness), but it is still some great Elvis music, family pictures, toasts, celebrations, and everything but the bodyshots you loved about 30 minutes of Breakfast With Elvis for the past 30 years!

Pirate's Cove Restaurant & Deck Bar - Galesvile, Maryland
Year Round, every other month, Frank, Elvis & Raines returns to Pirate's Cove on the West River off of the Chesapeake Bay with 3 great sets form 6-10pm May/July/Sept or 7-11pm Nov/Jan/March. A beautiful setting on the deck overlooking the Marina on the West River or from the Bar area inside, great food and atmosphere combined with F,E&R makes for a night of entertainment the area only gets to see 6 times per year. If you live in the Baltimore or DC area, don't miss this opportunity to catch the fun on the western side of the Bay, just a few minutes South of Annapolis!

The Seawitch Festival in Rehoboth Beach
Sponsored by the Rehoboth/Dewey Chamber of Commerce, Seawitch Festival IS the Greatest Halloween Event on the East Coast! And your Master of Cermonies ALL DAY Saturday is Frank Raines! Starting Saturday morning, Elvis warms up the crowd with music and jokes from the kids, prior to announcing the parade from the reviewing stand. Following the parade, Frank moves to the Discover Main Stage on the bandstand and provides music and entertainment between all of the great bands performing there all afternoon and into the evening!

Yes, he is an ordained minister who has performed hundreds of weddings, vow renewals and other services, in a variety of manners. From respectful non-sectarian religious or non-religious ceremonies, to Elvis performing a service catering to your needs (religious to respectful to humorous to out-&-out gaudy). He has legally performed weddings in Delaware (he is registered with Sussex County), the District of Columbia (where he is a registered clergy), Maryland (at sites all over the state including the flag court at Camden Yards) and Pennsylvania.

Frank has produced and directed Nationally broadcast television shows and productions, is a working union actor and a member of SAG/AFTRA, has self produced 2 albums thru his own production and BMI publishing companies (see the front and back covers to left - copies still available), and he continues to work his regular day job which he cannot discuss here for compliance reasons (feel free to ask him, though?). He is also a nationally certified USA-Swimming and NCAA certified Swim Official having been a Meet Referee for many years! It all keeps him very busy!
